'14-year-old' stabbed in broad daylight near Plumstead station

A 14-year-old has reportedly been stabbed in Plumstead this afternoon.

Officers and London Ambulance Service were called to Walmer Terrace at 4.20pm this afternoon to reports of a stabbing.

Officers attended. A 14-year-old boy was found with a stab injury.

He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital. His condition has been assessed as non life-threatening.

The road is currently closed as police deal with the incident.

There has been no arrest. Enquiries continue.
